Our 125 tons per hour rated GEO-T5x portable gold trommel has a full power four point drive system, which eliminates the chain drive, and has a full variable speed control. It has a extra heavy shell and is completely lined with abrasion resistant plate in all wear areas.
     It also features additional reinforcement in drive locations, incorporates oversized shafts, and incorporates oversized bearings. Testing showed that some of the biggest complaints with trommels is screen blockage, so we have taken and installed full urethane tapered relief octagon screening media to help eliminate this issue, an expensive but needed adaptation.
     Another advantage with this screen media is it has 10 to 15 times the life of steel. Additionally, the screen media snaps into place, which takes only minutes instead of days, or even weeks, as with other systems.
     Average typical sluice setup recommended is two 30-inch wide by 30 foot long setup. MSI will calculate this for you to best fit your mine site.
     Power requirement is 60 kilowatts. Water requirement is 600 to 1,300 gallons per minute.
